Spinach

Arai keerai
Nutrients: Copper strength(Thamira ??) , Iron, Calcium, Mineral salts.
Good for: Everybody at all ages. Breastfeeding mothers, if eaten everyday

with dal and ghee will increast breastmilk
production.
Benefits: Cools the body and strengthens the body. Improves Thathu balam

Avoid for: Indigestion patients. Heart patients should not eat at night.
