Nuts

Peanuts
Nutrients: Vitamin K, Calcium and More cholesterol
Good for: Kids and pregnant women
Avoid for: Old people, Obese people, heart patients, Skin infections should not eat.
Benefits: protects against TB germs. Increase pittam?? Increases body weight

Nutrients: Vitamin E
Good for: Growing kids and pregnant women
Benefits: Helps in tissue growth, protects skin. Increases sexual desire

Walnut(acroot fruit??)
Nutrients: Vitamin C
Good for: Small children and men older than 40 years
Avoid for: Heart patients and cholesterol patients.
Benefits: Gives shiny skin and removes wrinkles

Cashews

Avoid for: People with increased pittam levels. Heart patients.
Benefits: Fry Cashews with pepper to increase male potency. Raw cashews is poison. Increases sexual drive. Increases body weight.

Almonds

Good for: Everybody. Reading children. Diabetes patients, ladies during menopause, men older than 40 years
Benefits: Gives necessary fat proteins for vegetarians.
