Curry leaves(karuvepillai)
Nutrients: Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A, C
Good for: Everybody at all ages.
Benefits: Improves the activity of brain, eyes, skin, uterus, nervous

system. Reduces body heat. Weekly once, make a paste
with curry leaves and apply on your head, it will delay the whitening of

hair.

Mint leaves(Pudina)
Nutrients: Iron, Calcium, Vitamin C, D
Good for: Asthma patients
Avoid for: Piles, throat infections, Intestine infections
Benefits: Improves appetite and activates taste buds. Improves digestion.
