gourd vegetables

Bittergourd(Pavakkai)
Nutrients: Increases production of Polypeptide insulin
Good for: Diabetes patients
Avoid for: People taking other allopathy medicines. Reduces the impact of medicines. If eaten often, reduces potency of male.
Benefits: Prevents contagious diseases. Kills worms, germs. Prevents worms in stomach.

Ridge Guard(Peerkangai)
Nutrients: Mineral salts and water.
Avoid for: Everybody in the night. Avoid at all times if you have cold, cough, headache. Will create sinus.
Benefits: Cools the body.
